This was the first piece of this collection. I wanted to recreate this beautiful wall of roses I saw during my study abroad visit to italy. This was over 10 years ago but that image remained tucked in my heart. It was the most wonderful thing I had ever seen up to that point in my life. I would get some gelato and then go visit the flower wall and experienced a grounding and presence I had never felt before.
